US RETURNS & EXCHANGES

US RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, here is what you need to do -

1. Log onto our site and send us a quick email with your 'Order Info' and stating the reason for your return and we will contact you back as quickly as possible. Please DO NOT return any items to us without contacting customercare@shopthreecoolcats.com. They will not be processed.

2. After we approve your return please follow the instructions written below and return your items within 14 days of receipt to the following address -

Include your order # on the outside of the package. Enclose a copy of your invoice with your merchandise and seal securely.

3. You may ship your package by taking it to your nearest USPS location and getting a tracking number to ensure it reaches back to us in time, without being misplaced or lost on the way.

4. Items need to be in their original (unworn and unwashed), sale-able condition, with all labels and tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.

5. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. If you return the unopened item within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. The return shipping fee for the products being returned is the responsibilty of the customer.

7. If the return is however a result of our error or due to a defective, damaged or incorrect product shipped out to you by us, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges upon receiving your return.

Please Note -

1. The website www.shopthreecoolcats.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

2. If an item is purchased with a gift card, the gift card portion of the purchase price is non-refundable. EX: If you have a $10 gift card and use it on a $20 item only $10 of that purchase is refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items - All sales of these products are FINAL.

a) Items purchased from our 'Sale' category are not eligible for return.
b) Items purchased from our 'Vintage' category are not eligible for return.
c) All 'Intimates - Underwear and Bodysuits' are not eligible for return.
d) Items like 'Hair accessories, Cosmetics and Jewelry' are not eligible for return.

US EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Please note unfortunately we DO NOT offer exchanges at this time, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.
